A Hard Look at Textualism (And Some of Its Canons)

ACS welcomes Distinguished Professor Emeritus Joseph Kimble (WMU-Cooley Law School) to the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University at 12:15 in room 644 for an in-depth conversation about textualism. Using examples from U.S. Supreme Court cases, Professor Kimble will review textualism's canons and how they are used to interpret and apply the law.
