A Discussion of Burlington Industries v. Ellerth
At UF Law the appellate advocacy classes mostly focus on a set of facts about sexual harassment in the workplace. Burlington Industries v. Ellerth is one of the landmark cases that the fact pattern is based on. The event will provide a discussion of the employment law sexual harassment jurisprudence with Kimberly Ellerth of Burlington Industries v. Ellerth. We hope to discuss the impact of the case on her life and then have a professor talk about the impact of the case on the legal field.Â
