Samantha Franks, Programs Fellow

                                                   
 
Samantha Franks joined ACS in August 2017 and currently serves as the Policy Development and Programs Fellow. In this role, she organizes national programming logistics, edits national ACS publications, and provides administrative support for the Department of Policy Development and Programs.
 
Samantha graduated from the University of Missouri in May 2016 with degrees in Political Science and English. She then spent a year as a Fulbright Postgraduate Scholar in Durham, England pursuing a Masters in International Conflict Prevention. Her studies have primarily focused on the role of constitutional law in women’s rights, free speech, and international democratization. In her free time, she enjoys travel, photography, and reading too many novels.
