ACS Chicago Lawyer Chapter Co-Chair Dan Cotter authored "Shadow docket revealed, along with host of problems it poses” in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.  

ACS Bay Area Lawyer Chapter Board of Advisor Member Daniel Bromberg  was appointed to lead the appellate practice at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.
