ACS Board of Directors Member Tim Burns has been appointed to the Commission on Uniform State Laws by Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers.  

ACS Board of Directors Member Melissa Murray was recently on CNN discussing the second whistleblower and the impeachment inquiry.  

ACS Board of Academic Advisors Member Leah Litman authored an article in The Atlantic about how June Medical could unfortunately lead to the Court ending access to safe, legal abortion even without overturning Roe v. Wade.   

ACS Next Generation Leader and Bay Area Lawyer Chapter Board of Directors Member Mary Kelly Persyn and ACS Member Kelsi Corkran filed an Amicus Brief in the Supreme Court describing the impact of DACA rescission on recipients’ children.
