ACS Board of Directors Member Adam Winkler’s book entitled We the Corporations has been named among the 3 Best Constitutional Law Audiobooks of all time by Book Authority and he was recently featured on MSNBC “All In With Chris Hayes” discussing gun safety reforms.  

ACS Board of Directors Member Erwin Chemerinsky wrote an article in the American Bar Association Journal about how the Roberts Court could alter the administrative state. 

ACS Board of Directors Member Garrett Epps penned a piece in The Atlantic regarding the electoral college. 

ACS Board of Academic Advisors Member Justin Driver’s book entitled The Schoolhouse Gate: Public Education, the Supreme Court, and the Battle for the American Mind was named a finalist for the Phi Beta Kappa Society’s Ralph Waldo Emerson Award.  

ACS Board of Academic Advisors Leah Litman and ACS Member Kyle Skinner wrote a piece for Take Care on the courts and President Trump’s border wall.
