Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Instructions

CLE credit is approved for CA, GA, ME, MN, OH, PA, TX, and WA. CLE credit is available per jurisdictional reciprocity with CA for AK, AZ, AR, CO, FL, HI, IL, MT, NJ, ND, NY, and WI. In addition, credit is pending for NC and VA. For any questions regarding CLE credit, please e-mail Matt Scoble at mscoble@acslaw.org.

In order to receive CLE credit, please:
  1. Sign in on your state's Attendance Record and pick up your state's CLE materials at the table outside of each room prior to the beginning of the session. If you do not sign in, you cannot receive credit for the session.
  2. If you need to leave the session early, please sign out so that you may receive partial credit for the session.
  3. If you are provided with an evaluation form, please fill it out and submit it to the CLE table after each session has concluded.
  4. Finally, if your state is listed as having reciprocity with California for CLE, please follow your state’s rules for obtaining credit.
