ACS State Attorneys General Advisory Committee member Terri Gerstein wrote an opinion piece for The New York Times discussing the Supreme Court’s decision in Epic Systems Corporation v. Lewis and the blow back it will have on workers. Gerstein also wrote a piece for NY Daily News on Aaron Schlossberg's recent anti-immigrant rant and for The Nation on the need for prosecutors to shift their focus to protecting workers.
