Sexual Harassment Policy
ACS is committed to maintaining a work environment that is free from all forms of discrimination and harassment. In keeping with this commitment, ACS will not tolerate discrimination against or harassment, including sexual harassment, of any ACS employee or persons attending ACS events, by anyone, including any member of the Board of Directors, supervisors, co-workers, direct report staff, or event staff/attendees. Violation of this policy by any individual will result in discipline, up to and including termination of employment and/or expulsion from ACS events.
