ACS is pleased to distribute an Issue Brief by Peter Swire and Cassandra Q. Butts entitled "The ID Divide: Addressing the Challenges of Identification and Authentication in American Society". The Issue Brief was featured as part of ACS's recent event, "Fresh Start for a New Administration: Reforming Law and Justice Policies", which marked the release of a collection of proposals for the next Administration.
