75 Years of the Indian Constitution

In this two day conference, the Columbia Law School chapter of ACS will hear addresses from Indian Supreme Court Justices Nagarathna and Gavai. They will discuss the role of the Indian Constitution in achieving both gender and social equity within a constitutional system that mandates affirmative action for traditionally discriminated against classes.
