Systemic Corruption and Democratic Integrity in the US: A Constitutional Law Approach

Please join the American Constitution Society as we host Professor Timothy Kuhner from the University of Auckland in New Zealand. Professor Kuhner's academic work takes a novel approach to the issue of corruption in US politics, analyzing the problem from a unique constitutional law perspective. Professor Kuhner will discuss the challenges that this corruption poses to US politics, especially in light of core 21st century challenges, such as rising inequality, authoritarianism, and unmitigated climate change.
