Panel Discussion: Torture and the Law

The American Constitution Society chapter at the University of Michigan Law School is co-hosting a panel discussion on extrajudicial detention and enhanced interrogation hosted by the National Security Law Society at Michigan Law. The panelists include DJ Rosenthal (former Director for Counterterrorism at the National Security Council in the Obama Administration) and Shereef Akeel (civil rights and civil liberties attorney who has participated in the ongoing litigation brought by former Abu Ghraib inmates against a military contractor).
