Discussion: Armendariz v. The City of Colorado Springs

Please join the DU Law American Constitution Society from 12-1 on February 29th in Room 170 to discuss a pending 1st and 4th amendment case, Armendariz v. City of Colorado Springs. Guest speakers will include plaintiff, Jacqueline “Jax” Armendariz Unzueta, along with an ACLU attorney representing them. We will also have DU Law faculty to contribute to the broader conversation of constitutional rights and 4th amendment violations.
