Please join the American Constitution Society for a lunchtime discussion focused on the past, present, and future of mass tort multidistrict litigation in bankruptcy court, with a focus on the Purdue Pharma case before the Supreme Court this term. The discussion will be moderated by Professor Andrew Bradt and will feature The Honorable William Lafferty, Bankruptcy Judge in the Northern District of California and Professor Kenneth Ayotte.
