La Educación Puertorriqueña: El Quebrantamiento de un Derecho Constitucional

Panel on the topic of the Right to Education as established in the Constitution of Puerto Rico and the current state of Puerto Rico's public education system. Moderated by Professor Efrén Rivera Ramos, Dean Emeritus and distinguished Constitutional Law scholar.
