Originalism and Living Constitution Debate (ACS & Fed. Soc.)

The American Constitution Society and Federalist Society host jointly a debate of constitutional interpretation. Former University of Kentucky RCOL graduate and attorney Cody Barnett, Professor Lee Strang of the University of Toledo, and Professor Jonathon Shaub of the University of Kentucky Rosenberg College of Law (also the ACS Advisor and par-time counsel to the President), will join one another to debate the originalist and the living constitution view of the Constitution. The views will be discussed in depth with each person attempting to illustrate why they believe their view is correct and the other not. Food will be served.
