Second Amendment Panel: Firearms Law, the Constitution, & the Internet

This panel will focus on new and emerging changes to firearms law, including constitutional interpretation of the second amendment, administrative law, 3d printing and firearms law, firearms law and criminal law, and intellectual property law and firearms..
