Disparity in the Criminal Justice System

This event will be cohosted by the Criminal Law Association, Fighting for Innocence through Exoneration Club, the American Constitution Society, and the Federalist Society. Topics for discussion will include Forensics in convictions, Forensics on appeal, Discrepancies in Convictions, and Ethics in the admission of evidence. Dean Roth will be moderating with guest speakers Professor Kolar, Professor Miller, and one more guest speaker TBD.
