ACS President Russ Feingold appeared on The Chuck ToddCast, a podcast by Chuck Todd, moderator of NBC's Meet the Press. In this episode, Feingold explains the growing threat of far-right efforts to invoke an Article V Convention, an unprecedented move which would radically rewrite the Constitution.
