High Crimes and Misdemeanors: Impeachment of Trump and Kavanaugh

Georgia State's resident impeachment expert, Professor Neil J. Kinkopf (confirmed), will address the possibilities and processes of impeaching the President and a sitting Supreme Court Justice. Recent events, including misconduct by Kavanaugh and the FBI and Trump's attempts at procuring foreign interference in the 2020 election, will be discussed. Students can also ask questions.
