International Wrongful Conviction Day ft. Exonerees Ru-El Sailor and Chris Miller

Ru-El Sailor was released in March 2018 after serving 15 years for a murder he didn't commit. 

Chris Miller was released in June 2018 after serving 16 years for a kidnapping, rape, and burglary he didn't commit. 

Ohio Innocence Project staff attorney Pierce Reed will also talk about these cases and the policy work of the OIP. 

Hosted by the University of Dayton Chapter of the OIP, in partnership with the UD School of Law Criminal Law Association, the American Constitution Society, and the Human Rights Awareness and advocacy Group.
