SCOTUS Preview

The annual SCOTUS Preview is a discussion of upcoming fall term SCOTUS cases presented by W&L Faculty with a discussion dinner to follow. There will be an introduction to SCOTUS before the four other faculty members present on individual cases. The cases to be discussed include Madison v. Alabama, Gundy v. U.S., Garza v. Idaho, and Republic of Sudan v. Harrison.
