What's Next: the Post-Kavanaugh Confirmation Supreme Court

This Tuesday, ACS and the Institute of Bill of Rights Law will hold a sweeping discussion about the image and role of the Supreme Court following the contentious confirmation of Justice Kavanaugh. Professors Neal Devins, Tara Leigh Grove, and Timothy Zick will address the reputational challenges the Court faces following the Kavanaugh saga and the bruising partisan battles of the past few years, as well as weigh in on some of the proposed reforms to the institution that have been discussed with increasing frequency in recent months. 

The panel will meet at 12:50 in Room 120, and lunch will be provided.
