Medicaid Work Requirement with Professor Nick Bagley

This Wednesday, at 4:30 in HH242, ACS Michigan will be hosting a coffee talk and workshop with Professor Bagley about Medicaid work requirements. Currently, the State of Michigan is asking the federal government for permission to impose a work requirement on its Medicaid program for recipients above the poverty line. A federal comment period is open on the proposal until October 26. 

In this workshop, Professor Bagley will discuss how to write an effective and persuasive administrative comment for the record, and will discuss the state of the law around Medicaid work requirements more broadly. We'll have an opportunity to work together to draft comments to submit.
