The Degradation of American Democracy—and the Court
Join the ACS University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law Student Chapter for a conversation with Professor Michael Klarman of Harvard Law School. Professor Klarman will discuss the degradation of democracy, the importance of voting, Trump's authoritarian bent, what is needed to entrench democracy, the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, and Court reform. Following Prof. Klarman's presentation, we will move into an open Q&A session moderated by Dean Teresa Miguel-Stearns of the University of Arizona.
