2020-21 Supreme Court Preview with Michael Huston and Prof. Roosevelt
The UPenn ACS Student Chapter and the UPenn Federalist Society are proud to host a discussion about the 2020-2021 SCOTUS term, including issues of note and cases to watch out for. For this event we are pleased to Michael Huston, assistant Solicitor General at the Department of Justice and Expert on Constitutional Law and conflicts of law, Professor Kermit Roosevelt.

Michael Huston
Before joining the DOJ, Mr. Huston practiced appellate and administrative law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Washington, DC. Mr. Huston graduated first in his class from the University of Michigan Law School after which clerked for Chief Justice John Roberts.
Professor Kermit Roosevelt
Professor Kermit Roosevelt of a Professor at Penn Law, and an expert on constitutional law and conflict of laws. Professor Roosevelt graduated from Yale Law school and then served as a law clerk to Associate Supreme Court Justice David Souter.
