Supreme Court Preview

The ACS UCI Law is Co-Sponsoring an event previewing the upcoming Supreme Court term.

A panel of eight UCI Law professors will discuss the significant cases before the Supreme Court this term. The current term will run from October to July and will include cases covering a broad range of issues, including but not limited to the Affordable Care Act, intellectual property, eighth amendment, free speech, religious exemptions to antidiscrimination laws, and voting rights disputes related to the upcoming election.
