June Medical at the Supreme Court

June Medical Services L. L. C. v. Russo was argued in the 2019-2020 Supreme Court Term and has been hailed as a victory for advocates of choice, as it reaffirmed the Supreme Court's holding in Whole Women's Health v. Hellerstedt. Boston College Law School's ACS chapter and the Boston College Women’s Law Center are thrilled to host Alexandra Thompson, Staff Attorney at The Center for Reproductive Rights, who helped work on the case. 

This event is primarily for BC Law students and members of the BC Law community but is open to all those who are interested.
