Featured panelists include Jeffrey Neslund, one of the attorneys hired by Laquan's mother, Tina Hunter, to investigate her son's death - an investigation that led to a $5 million dollar settlement with the city of Chicago - and Rob Robertson, an attorney who has represented the family in other proceedings in the past.
