ACS Pittsburgh: Practical Voting Rights Issues for 2020: Using the Pennsylvania Primary to Look Ahead to November

Join the ACS University of Pittsburgh School of Law Student Chapter, the ACS Pittsburgh Lawyer Chapter, and the ACS Philadelphia Lawyer Chapter, along with the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, for a virtual panel discussion on the unprecedented election law issues created by the COVID-19 pandemic.

This distance-learning CLE program will feature voting rights experts discussing important lessons and takeaways from the recent Pennsylvania primary – which the New York Times described as the “dry run” for November’s Presidential election – and forecasting potential voting rights issues for the November election. The panelists will also highlight ways that interested lawyers and law students can engage over the coming months to protect voting rights.
