Gender & LGBTQ+ Discrimination at the Supreme Court

Join us for a lunch panel about the pending Supreme Court cases on LGBTQ employment discrimination. The cases, Zarda, Bostock, and Harris Funeral Homes, ask whether federal employment discrimination laws prohibit discrimination against employees on the basis of their sexual orientation and gender identity. The panel will feature Shirley Lin (NYU Law), Richard Blum (Legal Aid), Ezra Cukor (NYC Commission on Human Rights), and Ria Tabacco Mar (ACLU). Lunch will be served! RSVP here.
