A Discussion on Disability Rights

Please join the UPenn Law ACS Student Chapter and DALSA for a panel discussion on cutting-edge disability rights issues, including considerations for bringing class actions within the context of special education, and the intersectionality of disability rights. 

Panelists will also touch on their experiences working with disability rights issues and policies in their capacities at the Public Interest Law Center and the National Center for Law and Economic Justice.
