ACS Reading Group Autumn Quarter Meeting

Are you interested in civil rights and civil liberties? In advancing ideas that can create a more just and equal society? In establishing justice, promoting the general welfare, and securing the blessings of liberty? In other words, do you want our Constitution and our laws to achieve the ideals of our country, for all people, for the first time in history? This year, Stanford ACS will be hosting a series of reading groups where we will investigate how legal thought and constitutional interpretation must move forward to achieve justice, equity, and liberty.

Join us at our first meeting, on Tuesday October 6 from 4:30–5:45pm as we will discuss Prof. Dorothy E. Roberts’s Abolition Constitutionalism, published last year in the Harvard Law Review and the roots of policing.
