Please join the ACS Georgia and Athens Lawyer Chapters for an in-depth discussion on Georgia's Judicial Nominating Commission, the panel that recommends judicial nominations for state trial and appellate courts to the Governor. This program will focus on the history of the JNC, how the judicial selection process works in Georgia, and the role of diversity in judicial selection.
