Recent Precedents in Products Liability

The Denver ACS Student Chapter will be co-sponsoring with the Student Plaintiffs Bar on recent precedent in Products Liability. An attorney will be discussing whether SCOTUS rejecting a "digital marketplace" argument from apple in antitrust or refusing cert and allowing suit to proceed against the manufacturer in the Sandy Hook shootings could open up to make new arguments or bring new cases against companies like Amazon and Remington.
