Exploring Qualified Immunity Reform

Please join the American Constitution Society at IU McKinney School of Law for a panel with members of the Indianapolis legal community to provide a holistic and realistic view of qualified immunity. Exploring Qualified Immunity Reform will allow attendees to gain knowledge about qualified immunity and hear ways that qualified immunity can be reformed in the future. This event will be occurring on June 30 at 4:30pm EST via Zoom. Panel will be moderated by Professor Jennifer Drobac and panelists include ACLU Staff Attorney, Stevie Pactor; Indiana Senator Greg Taylor; defense attorney John F. Kautzman; and civil rights attorney, Michael Sutherlin.
