The Past, Present, and Future of the Supreme Court's Abortion Jurisprudence
This event will be a panel discussion on SCOTUS abortion jurisprudence. The focus will be on past, present, and future approaches to abortion related cases in light of the upcoming case slated for oral argument in March, June Medical Services LLC v. Gee. The panelists include several Professors from Seton Hall University Law School: Professors Angela C. Carmella, Solangel Maldonado, David Opderbeck, and Michael Coenen.
The event will be co-sponsored by the Seton Hall University Student Chapters of Family Law Society, Health Law Forum, Seton Hall Law Federalist Society, and Women’s Law Forum.
