Public Interest Happy Hour

Some of us come to law school with big dreams of helping others, and luckily the Public Interest sector, allows attorneys the chance to use their unique training and knowledge to do just that!

With UB participating in the Public Interest Job Fair (https://pilcfair.law.nyu.edu/studentinformation/) your ACS UB Student Chapter is here to help answer any and all questions you may have.

Join us for an informal chat and happy hour with two of UB Law's best and brightest: Professor Heather Abraham, director of the Civil Rights and Transparency Clinic, and Megan Poynter, a 2L who interns with the Center for Elder Law and Justice.

They will be happy to answer questions and discuss the experience of practicing in the public interest sector.
