Civil Rights in 2021

United States District Judge, Carlton Reeves for the Southern District of Mississippi, Kristina Heuser, Brian Mitchell, and Melanie Speight will join the Brooklyn Law School Chapters of the Federal Bar Association and the American Constitution Society for a panel on civil rights law in 2021. Our panelists will be talking about work they have done in civil rights law, and will also discuss topics like qualified immunity.
