Banking Regulation & Consumer Protection Panel

The Berkeley Law ACS Student Chapter, the Berkeley Business Law Journal, the Consumer Advocacy Protection Society, and the Center for Consumer Law & Economic Justice are excited to host a conversation on banking regulation and consumer protection. For this conversation we will welcome Neil Barofsky, who is a partner at Jenner & Block, and oversaw TARP after the 2008 financial crisis.
