Marijuana & the Constitution

We will be highlighting one of our Professors, Professor Vitiello, who is an expert on Marijuana law and who has lectured on the expungement process in California. We will dive into a conversation about how Marijuana law has changed the implications of the fourth amendment. How that has impacted punishment in our country and more broadly, the impact Marijuana law has had in our nation.
