Affirmative Action in University / Graduate Admissions

With oral arguments in the Students for Fair Admissions case happening recently (and in the context of a term where the court has shown itself very eager to invalidate race conscious remedies), ACS would like to plan an event discussing affirmative action in higher education. We'd also like to talk about MLaw's experience at the Supreme Court during Grutter as well as the potential impact of the current SCOTUS term on the future of university/graduate school admissions.
