Supreme Court Docket Preview with Professor Leah Litman

This event was originally planned to occur on or near 09/17 to coincide with Constitution Day. However, Professor Leah Litman (the speaker at this event) has an extremely busy schedule this semester and the earliest that she was able to schedule with ACS to speak was on 09/26. At the event, Professor Litman will be discussing some of the upcoming cases for the Supreme Court's October Term. Though we have not finalized specific cases that Professor Litman will discuss, I believe some (if not all) of the following will be brought up to some extent:
