What is ACS? (CT Time)
At this virtual event, ACS Student Chapters can participate in a Zoom Webinar where members from the ACS National staff will share information about ACS’s history and mission, work, recent accomplishments, career resources, and ways to engage. Following the virtual presentation, chapters will break out individually to learn more about what being a part of ACS looks like at their specific law school.

While students are welcome to participate individually, we encourage ACS Student Chapters to participate by (1) reserving a room on campus, (2) posting and advertising the event, and (3) providing food or light snacks at the program (chapters can request funds for food here). On the day of the event, please plan to livestream the first 35 minutes of the program, and be prepared to take over the last 25 minutes of the program to introduce your board, discuss the local ACS Network, discuss your programming plans and engagement opportunities for the 2022-2023 academic year, and answer questions. Invite your Faculty Advisor and local Lawyer Chapter Leaders to participate!
We will be hosting three sessions:
1. Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 12:00 pm ET
2. Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 12:00 pm CT
3. Date TBA 12:00 pm PT (date and link forthcoming)
