ACS Oregon and Washington State: Case Discussion

Please join the ACS Oregon and Washington State Lawyer Chapters for a monthly discussion group with other local progressive lawyers about cases of regional or national significance. This month we will be discussing the Washington Supreme Court's recent decision in Henderson v. Thompson. This case is a monumental decision that examines how Washington courts must approach claims that explicit or implicit bias affected the outcome of a civil jury trial.
