Using Foreign Law to interpret the Constitution

Professor Ernest A. Young will be leading an informal lunch discussion
hosted by the American Constitution Society. He will discuss the use of foreign law and standards in American Courts, focusing specifically on how this affected the decision in Roper, a case concerning the legitimacy of the juvenile death penalty. The discussion will take place during lunch in Room 4040. Bagels will be provided.
