Steven Rice began interning for ACS in October of 2007. He graduated cum laude from Morehouse College, where he earned a BA degree in Political Science. During the fall semester of his senior year, Steven challenged himself and studied abroad in Granada, Spain. Steven has just completed an internship for the Congressional Research Service at the Library of Congress, and aspires to enter law school next year.
