Caitlan McLoon, Programs Fellow
Caitlan McLoon graduated with honors from Harvard College in 2007 with a degree in Social Studies. Her senior thesis, “This Land is Your Land, This Land is My Land: Judicial Legitimacy, Popular Constitutionalism and the Case of Eminent Domain,” explored the effects of backlash against unpopular Supreme Court decisions on the stability of the American political system. While at college Caitlan co-founded the Harvard College Student Advocates for Human Rights and was a member of the Varsity Fencing Team. Caitlan is spending the year at ACS as a Center for Public Interest Careers Fellow.
