Virginia Adams Marentette joined ACS in August 2006. Prior to joining ACS, Virginia practiced law with the firm of Baron & Budd, P.C. in Dallas, Texas for seven years. While at Baron & Budd, she represented victims of asbestos poisoning nationwide and was named a Rising Star Super Lawyer in Texas Monthly magazine. Virginia served as the Texas State Co-Coordinator for the Public Justice Foundation (formerly Trial Lawyers for Public Justice) from 2003-2005 and was elected to the Board of Directors of Public Justice in 2005. She graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1995 with a B.A. in Government and received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1998.
